This pivotal role is designed for a creative and strategic individual who has an entrepreneur mindset being ambitious developing the business to the next level.
This is a local position in Malaysia and will report to the Business Line Manager – Sales & marketing.
Mission As a Sales Manager for Malaysia & Singapore, your primary mission will be elevating Atlas Copco Specialty Rental business to another level.
Manage a high performing team for the now and the future. To be future proof, agile, digital, effective, innovative and driven by empowered employees. Unleash the full potential of your team with tailor made IDPs Visualize the full potential of the each country in your region Increase market share to capture full potential in the core for new and existing customers, direct and indirect. Refine sales processs and skills and implement coaching for performance. Driving ultimate customer experience and satisfaction is a foundation of all your strategies, in close cooperation with other departmetns Develop value adding relationssips with our own and cross-divisional teams in the region What we expect from you Visualize and unlock the full potential revenue of each country in your region. Focus on identifying weaknesses, creating actionable plans, and setting priorities to ensure flawless execution. Collect best practices and implement successful strategies from other regions to local contexts. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of your business segment's financial health and strategize to achieve targets. Develop a deep understanding of all processes across disciplines to streamline operations and enhance performance. Demonstrated empathetic leadership, with a focus on empowering and engaging the workforce by Coach mentor and develop your team to their potential. Ensure the right people are in the right roles. Fully engaged and utilizing their talents to the fullest. With anticipation of future business and organizational needs, with an eye on both immediate and long-term objectives. Preparing strategies to meet those requirements with a plan. Skilled in segmented action planning, with a focus on addressing key issues, optimizing processes, and expanding organizational capabilities. With strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Effective time management, prioritizing tasks efficiently. Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering, with a minimum of 5 years' working experience in an Industrial B2B Sales environment. A strong understanding of machinery, particularly engine & electric motor driven, is essential. Prior experience in rental equipment for industrial use is highly regarded. Comprehensive understanding of the sales process and dynamics. Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport with customers and suppliers. A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. With strong computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
