Responsibilities: Greet and directcustomers.Provide accurate information (e.g.product features, pricing and after-salesservices).Answer customers' questions aboutspecific products/services.Work with the SalesRepresentatives team to provide excellent customerservice.Inform customers about discounts andspecial offers.Provide Customer / Salesrepresentative feedback to the Management.Keepup-to-date with new products/services.Requirements: Proven work experience as a Manager / TeamLeader or similar role.Familiarity of thesales process.Understanding with consumerbehavior principles.Basic mathskills.Track record of achieving salesquotas.Good communication skills, capable ofbuilding trusting relationships.Ability toperform in fast-paced environments.Flexibilityto work various shifts.
