In doing so, they help every employee play a vital role in improving the health and well-being of people everywhere. * Responsible for leading the team to achieve product sales to new and established accounts to accomplish sales objectives and greater market penetration. * Working with subordinates in the attainment of established sales goals including market share objectives. * Ensuring team members in implementing market development and field marketing activities. Schedules appointments and makes sales presentations to customers. Develops customer and product focused presentation packages for sales. * Promotes and coordinates Professional Education activities to enhance the knowledge of Health care professionals. * Makes regular field visits with team members to customer locations for the individual soft skills development, to gather information on orders and market conditions. * Plan case coverage for the team and help to support cases. * Performs contract and/or tender management activities. * Targets, assigning and manages assigned territory to the team while operating within an assigned budget. * Checks with logistics and works closely with Product Management team to ensure product availability. * Executes national, regional and local promotional activities that are designed to advance sales in specific product lines or areas. * Follows up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction. Assists in making sales forecasts for business planning by account and submits to management. * Prepares sales reports and documents as required. * Relays significant market information to management. * This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions. * Bachelor's Degree and the above is required. * Preferably 4-5 years' people management experience in selling medical devices or pharmaceutical products. * People management, presentation skills, client relationships, prospecting skills, sales planning, Microsoft skills. * Must have a good track record of achievements. * Required skills: Good interpersonal relationship, communication, and management skills. Should demonstrate a minimum level of leadership to influence others to deliver data and information for required deadlines. * Should be capable of following up on requests and meeting deadlines. * Business process and result oriented. * Strong team player. * Willing and ready to work in a highly fast paced and pressure environment. * Performance driven, accountable and results oriented. * High level of drive, resilient and self-motivated with a positive attitude. * Proactive in carrying out task and driving sales results. * Energetic and passionate about building a successful sale career. * Obtain valid Malaysia Driving License and owned a car for business related purposes. * Must be able to travel (>75% of travelling requirement).
