Job Title:  Sales Manager- Pet Food (Malaysia) Job Type: Full-time Job Description: As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
Your role will involve strategic planning, sales management, and coordination with various departments to support overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement business plans and sales strategies to ensure the achievement of company sales goals and profitability.
Prepare and execute action plans for effective search and engagement with sales leads and prospects.
Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to penetrate new channels.
Manage and implement marketing campaigns in conjunction with the marketing team.
Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance.
Ensure accurate and competitive pricing on all prospect applications, striving to maintain maximum profit margins.
Maintain accurate records of pricing, sales, and activity reports.
Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes, ensuring communication and implementation within the team.
Ensure all sales activities meet or exceed established standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals, and closes.
Manage account receivables in existing and new sales channels.
Execute promotion plans in offline and online channels.
Oversee effective displays of POSM in retail stores.  Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within pet food or food industry.
Strong understanding of sales processes, strategy development, and execution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
