Sales Manager, Planning (Southern Region)Responsible for sales planning and managing the budget for visibilities/amenities, trade channel promotion, and trade marketing. Drive sales through effective management of Brand/Channel marketing campaigns/promotion.
Responsibilities:
Manage budget for visibilities/amenities, trade channel promotion, and trade marketing.
Contribute to sales and profitability of the Company's products/brands through robust analytics.
Drive sales through effective management of Brand and Channel Marketing campaigns/promotions/activities for the specified region.
Optimize the specified region's trade offer budget based on the Company's allocation to derive maximum returns on investment (ROI).
Drive compliance to achieve sales excellence.
Ensure the right resources and capabilities to meet the Company's objectives and goals.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Business or equivalent
At least 3 - 4 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment
Proven experience in sales planning, execution, and operations
Strong understanding of customer mix, trade channels, and profit management
Strong understanding of the local market environment, requirements, opportunities, and challenges
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong command of written and verbal English
Highly analytical
Must be mobile and willing to travel extensively

Friday 8:15am - 4pm
