Job Requirements
- Possess minimum Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in any field of study.
- Experience in real estate industry/ financial institution much preferably.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interest in financial products and property market.
- An innovative and result oriented leader with proven track record in sales performance.
- Able to write and converse in English and Mandarin fluently
Job Scope
- Responsible for marker research and formulation of sales strategies and plans.
- Responsible for executing strategic sales plans to strive for continuous business growth and sustainability.
- Monitor and manage sales target in order to achieve and exceed personal and company’s target.
- Prepare all sales report and submit to management.
- Provide recommendation and suggestion to improve company’s competitiveness and effectiveness regularly.
- Build and maintain relationship with potential and existing customer
