**Job Overview / Summary**:You will be responsible for managing and developing our key accounts, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth. You will be expected to develop and execute account plans, identify opportunities for growth, and achieve sales targets.**Key role and responsibilities**:- Manage and develop key accounts by building strong relationships with customers and identifying their needs and opportunities for growth.- Develop and implement account plans and sales strategies to achieve sales targets, increase market share and revenue goals.- Identify and pursue opportunities for growth with existing accounts, such as cross-selling and upselling products, and expanding product lines.- Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and market share expansion.- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure that customer requirements are met.- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote our snack food products.- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts to maximize profitability.- Monitor and report on account performance, and provide timely and accurate information to management on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.- Conduct regular meetings with customers to review sales performance, product range, and promotional activities.- Provide leadership and guidance to sales team members assigned to key accounts.- Negotiate and manage pricing and contract terms with customers to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.- Ensure that orders are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner, and that customer issues are addressed promptly and effectively.- Negotiate on product launches, pricing strategy, space management and both national and local promotional activities.**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Free parking- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday- On callSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Seri Kembangan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- sales operation and management: 5 years (preferred)**Language**:- Bahasa Melayu, English / Mandarin (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 25% (preferred)
