Join our top-notch team of nearly 60,000 professionals globally who are making their mark on some of the world's most beloved brands, includingDEWALT®, CRAFTSMAN®, CUB CADET®, STANLEY® and BLACK+DECKER®What You'll DoDevelop and lead the country Power Tool Accessories (PTA) and bandsaw business strategy. Plan and execute PTA sales activities in accordance with timeline set in sales plan and journey plan and ensure sales activities are progressed and executed.Visit industrial users and project jobsites to promote and demonstrate the value proposition of SBD PTA Ranges, convert competition brands to SBD brandWork with the Marketing team and Key Account Manager (KAM) to roll out PTA promotions and events like exhibitions and roadshows to build brands' awareness and market share.Work with demand planner to ensure PTA products forecasting can support the strategic sales plan.Develop & maintain good relationship with assigned potential PTA customer accounts through close work collaboration and communications.Monitor PTA sales performance versus sales target to ensure alignment.Prepare sales reports detailing sales performance, progress, opportunities and risks.Coordinate with internal departments to seek appropriate resolution to all work issues.Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.Who You AreYou always strive to do an outstanding job and are self-motivated. You also have:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalentAt least 5 years' experience in sales with a professionally managed MNC in the region. Direct experience with companies supplying products to construction/infrastructure markets or within Industrial / traditional channel markets would be advantageous.
