We are looking for Mandarin candidates who are required to serve our China and Taiwan customers. Focus on finding new customers, and promoting and selling the company's products.
To build the best possible sales team, we are looking for candidate that are a "hunter." · Mission focused — Their mission is to close new business. Anything that detours them from their mission is a hindrance.
· Numbers-driven — They know that sales is a numbers game and are always looking for ways to be more productive and efficient.
· Persistent — They can handle many "No' answers and keep executing.
· Independent — They can get things done without supervision.
Short job summary:
Be responsible for Territory/Regional sales revenue, profitability and market development, foster and build new business pipeline for sustainable grow plan.
Responsibilities: · Proactively seek new business opportunities and build relationships with new and potential clients
· Follow AKT's short term and long-term strategy by managing customer targets, commitments and expectations
· Conduct market research and information exchanges with regional business team and internal stakeholders
· Participate in regional tradeshows to get potential customers leads and market insights
· Understand product offerings and client needs to offer the best solutions and highest level of support
· Make AKT' name top of mind of our targeted business community.
· Manage and maintain quality of opportunities within our CRM system
· Responsible for handling customer account and maintain good relationship with the assigned customers by visit / Team meeting.
· Research market conditions and looking for market opportunities, identify market trends.
· Responsible for customers sales data analysis, prepare sales budget plan and sales reporting
Requirements: · Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin. Japanese is an advantage. · Bachelor degree in STEM is an advantage, but not a requirement.
· Min. 3 years' positive experience in b2b sales, experience in semiconductor industry is an advantage
· You are highly independent and motivated to get things done
