Sales Manager - Sea

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the General Manager to develop annual sales and marketing plans and budgets.
Conduct monthly forecasting and provide insights on market trends.
Identify and develop new business opportunities while achieving sales targets for the Southeast Asia region.
Maximise revenue from current customers and secure new clients.
Review and optimise revenue from existing contracts.
Provide timely reports, analysis, and recommendations to improve business performance.
Ensure compliance with joint venture and partnership agreements.
Support joint venture projects and provide commercial requirements for them.
Lead the development of business proposals and commercial strategies.
Oversee commercial administration and sales reporting to meet company standards.
Manage the performance of the commercial team, including business development and account management.
The Successful ApplicantBusiness degree preferred.
Minimum 10 years in sales, with a focus on marketing, business, or communications and 5 years of experience leading a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management experience, and strong administrative and organisational abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in leading meetings and delivering presentations.
