Sales Manager - Timber Industry

**Job Title**: Sales Manager.**Salary**:RM15,000.00/ month + KPI + Commision****Qualification**: Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in related fields**Working Hour**: Mon - Sat 7.30am - 5.30pm**Headcount**: 2**Department**: Sales Manager**Reports to**: General Manager & Sales Director**Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve company objectives within the assigned area- Manage and optimize sales territories, ensuring full coverage and efficient allocation of resources to maximize sales potential- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and other stakeholders within the region- Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and report on sales results to senior management- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services, features, and benefits- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports- Conduct thorough market trend analysis within the designated area to identify emerging opportunities, customer preferences, and industry shifts**Requirement**:- Atleast 5 years' experience in sales management, have strong sense of purpose.- Rich experience in foreign trade and able to complete task assigned by the company on time.- Strong ability to develop customers- Adapting to long -term business trips have the advantages of hard work and good character.**Salary**: Up to RM15,000.00 per monthSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Perak Tengah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- Do you have**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Sales Management in Timber / wood industry: 5 years (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
