Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth
in international markets, including Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, Vietnam, and others. This role
involves managing and leading the sales team, building strong relationships with distributors and
partners, and ensuring that sales targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for international markets to achieve company growth objectives.
- Manage and mentor the sales team.
- Identify and establish relationships with key distributors, partners, and clients in targeted regions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies as needed.
- Work closely with Operation team to oversee logistics, supply chain management, and payments for import and export operations.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure alignment between sales and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and manage the sales budget, forecasting, and reporting.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with distributors and partners.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote the company's products.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
Salary ranges from RM7,000 and above

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international sales, with a proven track record ofsuccess.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel as required.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and market dynamics.
