Responsibilities:- Responsible for day-to-day sales support function and general administrative tasks.- Receive and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner. Verify order details, pricing, and terms to ensure accuracy.- Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks, including preparing sales quotations, delivery orders and invoice to customer.- Organize and archive sales documents and information for easy retrieval.- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the Management to replenish stock as needed.- Attend exhibitions or trade events when necessary to stay up to date with industry trends.- To carry out any other duties as directed by the Management.We are a young startup and looking forward to recruiting individuals that would like to join the team in writing a bright success story.We welcome applicants within the age of from up till 40+ years old who is willing to take up challenges and never say it's too late!**Requirements**:- Minimum Diploma or any other relevant certificates.- Experience in Sales Administration will be added advantage.- Proficient in Microsoft Office- Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
