DESCRIPTION OF ROLE: Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, the Sales and Marketing Administrator is responsible for supporting the Sales & Marketing Team by providing administrative support and coordinating day to day activities for the S&M Team.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: General Administration Tasks: Collaborate with the S&M Team to create and deliver professional presentations in line with Subsea 7 branding Focal point for S&M SharePoint site for Asia. Ensure SharePoint site is kept up to date. Liaise with HRG to manage sales & marketing team travel plans (flights, hotels) and ensure timely approvals. Manage S&M Team schedules and calendars, assisting with booking both internal and external meetings and preparation of agenda. Ensure appropriate Market Intel is distributed to relevant personnel Distribute and coordinate action register for MCRs Assist with budget LTF and resource planning General Support to Communications: Support event organization Support in managing client distribution lists Manage industry body memberships Manage industry event calendar Ensure Project Data Sheets are kept current General Support to Business Development Manager: Liaise with BDMs to ensure timely update of 7CRM entries Collaborate with BDMs to create Client Profiles + Project Summary Slides. Ensure these are revisited regularly and kept current Work with BDMs to understand current and prospects and related timelines and schedules. Coordinate client meetings, agenda and zippering. General Support to Pursuit Managers: Liaise with other offices to coordinate all Pursuit Strategy Board (PSB) meetings· Assist in of material for all PSB's and distribute to relevant personnel in a timely manner General Support to Tender Manager / Tendering Team: Assist Tendering Team when required Assist Commercial Leads with tender administrative tasks (Tender SharePoint setup and maintenance, qualification log document control with Clients, scheduling tender gate reviews, etc. OUR OFFER We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
