Key Responsibilities:Sales & Marketing: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote StayInn and Enchant Telok Melano across multiple platforms (online and offline).Business Development: Identify and nurture business opportunities, from corporate partnerships to community-driven campaigns that position our properties as the ideal places to live and relax.Brand Building: Lead creative campaigns that make StayInn and Telok Melano household names for those seeking both urban comfort and natural retreats.Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals, ensuring repeat business and brand loyalty.Market Analysis: Keep up with market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to drive better marketing decisions.Sales Growth: Focus on direct sales, corporate sales, and event marketing to increase occupancy and package sales.
