**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Responsible for promoting and selling the company's logistics services, and maintaining sales goals, pipeline, and objectives.- Building and maintaining customer relationships, assessing client specific needs and create solutions which fits company's logistics sales strategy.- Prospect and cultivate new sales leads to establish business.- Secure new customers, service existing customers, attend to customer's request & ensure customer's satisfaction.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.- Provide quotes for current and prospective customers utilizing analytical and logistic planning.- Assessing customer needs and problems while communicating and implementing logistics solutions.- Work out logistics concepts for the customers to improve their logistics supply chain.- Follow up closely with current and prospective customers on offered solutions and take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till resolution.- Responsible for aiding successful pick-up and delivering, and over the road assistance while customers' freight moves.- Other ad-hoc job / projects / task be delegated by superior from time to time.**REQUIREMENTS**- Minimum SPM/bachelor's degree/Diploma and possess Sales & Marketing experience in the freight & logistic industry (Ocean & Air)- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaker will be an added advantages as deal with Mandarin speaking clients.- Must be matured, self-motivated, teamwork, proactive, aggressive and result oriented.- Must be computer literate (Words, Excel, PowerPoint) etc.- Good general knowledge and some basic knowledge in customs procedures and international business.- Pleasant personality with good negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.- Willing to travel and possess own car transport.
