Sales & Marketing Executive

To assist the Head of Department to implement the Sales & Marketing activities to executive their sales target. The person also needs to support their department to ensure for the smooth running of the materials delivery and sales collection in executing the Quarry's works.**Based at Bukit Batu, Sedenak**- Assist in identifying the potential customer for our Quarry business particularly in Johor (Pagoh).- Accountable assisting the Manager, Sales & Marketing in building and managing the sales force and distribution network capable of marketing to grow sales and hit high volume targets.- Provide details of product requirement to production for producing right materials at a right time to a right customer.- Responsible to coordinate smooth running process of sales to ensure it is done in line with the standard procedures.- Assist Manager, Sales & Marketing in organizing and coordinating the weighbridge & transport delivery operation.- Conduct regular contact with staff for harmonious working environment and promote team spirit.- Responsible to prepare invoicing to all customers.- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department**Requirement**- Degree / Diploma in Communications or its equivalent- Degree / Diploma in Business Admin or its equivalent- Preferably a Public Relations Major**Experience**- At least 3-5 years working experience, ideally 1-2 years as a Marketing Officer.- Experience working in quarry's business as an advantage**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal allowance- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)Application Deadline: 03/01/2024
