Join Our Team as a Sales & Marketing Executive!
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning Sales & Marketing schedule and activities of the company.
Compile budgetary cost of Sales & Marketing activities and products for launching.
Carry out necessary Sales & Marketing activities as planned/instructed within stipulated timeframe.
Participate in Sales & Marketing activities including group visits, presentations, networking sessions, sales talks, roadshows/trade missions, etc.
Liaise with vendors/external parties regarding services provided, quotations, and timely job delivery.
Keep track of necessary stock records and update if new orders/placements are needed on a timely/weekly basis.
Update all walk-in/phone calls/mail enquiries on enquiries report and follow up in a timely manner.
Monitor company website info for timely updates and manage enquiry mail receiving inbox on a daily basis.
Prepare necessary sales brochures/goodie bags for visitors and provide relevant Sales & Marketing services, i.e., product presentations, site tours, etc., based on enquiries made.
Assist in marketing activities and sales enquiries to avoid disruptions or slow responses to any problems raised/enquiries made.
Compile necessary Sales & Marketing documentation for internal use/external proposal purposes.
Monitor & follow up project progress, progress billing, and payment collection status, informing the head of department if any urgency arises.
Attend to customers' requests, compiling and reporting feedback during project implementation, handing over process, and after completion of the project.
Proceed with inspection and handing over of completed units with the project/contract department and customers.
Monitor defect works status and maintain records for both internal and customer reference.
Compile summaries of market surveys, sales reports, marketing reports, and enquiries reports for the head of department.
Monitor all matters concerning sales & marketing activities/KPIs and compliance with ISO standards.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the head of department.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in a related industry field and/or sales & marketing planning and activities and/or customer relations/services.
Minimum degree holder in Real Estate/Property Management/Marketing or related field.
Pleasant personality, confident, independent, responsible, self-motivated, outgoing, and responsive with the ability to communicate & present well at all levels and work as a team.
Fresh graduates and individuals with experience in sales-related roles are encouraged to apply.
