Sales & Marketing Executive

1. Assisting the Marketing Manager to generate new leads through various social media channels and to expand the customer base.2. Conduct market research to understand market trends, customer demands and competition analysis.3. Assist in organising marketing events, exhibitions and promotional activities.4. Attend to sales enquiries and to walk-in customers and prospects at the sales gallery.5. Follow up and assist purchasers with the completion of sales transactions including loan applications6. Follow up and liaise with lawyers, bankers etc. to ensure smooth flow of sales process7. Prepare sales report and any other administrative duties as and when required8. Collaborate with the advertising team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.9.
