Known for their high-quality projects and commitment to sustainable development, they are currently expanding their project portfolio and exploring new growth opportunities both within Malaysia and across the region.The New Roles:To assist in planning Sales & Marketing schedule and activities of the company.To assist in compiling budgetary cost of Sales & Marketing activities and products for launching.To carry out necessary sales & marketing activities as planned/instructed within the stipulated time frame.To participate in any sales & marketing activities including group visits, presentations, networking sessions, sales talks, roadshows/trade missions, etc.To liaise with vendors/external parties regarding their services provided, quotations, and job delivery in a timely manner.To keep track of all necessary stock records and update if new orders/placements are needed on a timely/weekly basis.To monitor all matters concerning sales & marketing activities/KPIs and compliance with ISO standards.Requirements to Succeed:Minimum 1 year experience in a related industry field or sales & marketing planning and activities and/or customer relations/services.Minimum degree holder in Real Estate/Property Management/Marketing or a related industry.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Pleasant personality, confident, independent, responsible, self-motivated, outgoing, and responsive; able to communicate & present well with any level of people and work as a team.Rewards Gained:The opportunity to be part of a fast-growing Group which is a leader in its field of industry and offers excellent career progression opportunities locally.
