Job summary & responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities (80%)
Win and enhance the trust of HCP and other stakeholders through your activities
Achieve sales, growth, market share and listing targets set by the company for promoted brands
Plan calls to meet and engage HCP with right frequency and gain insights from HCP
Organize promotional activities within your territory to increase the noise level of promoted brand
Continuously assess and develop new channels, HCP, hospitals or accounts to broaden the company market share
Analyse own territory/account and present it in Functional superior once a month to maximize the potential of the territory
Continuous learning on latest medical/clinical knowledge, brand strategy and tactics to add value to HCP by promoting brand
Handle customer complaints, product technical complaints, adverse events and medical enquiries quickly and professionally in accordance with company procedures.
Comply with local regulations, industry, and company policies and code of conduct and other applicable laws/regulations for the promotional of the products.
Able to travel cross states to meet HCP
