ResponsibilitiesEstablish, follow, and develop a significant portfolio of clients in specific geographical zones.
Prepare quotations for clients, detect their needs, and formulate satisfying strategies in coordination with the Management.
Monitor and manage a full system of safety indoor and outdoor environments.
Manage and monitor the delivery lines to ensure top quality delivery at the right time in safety conditions and suggest corrective measures if necessary.
Survey and study the market, get to know risk factors and competition while searching for new clients and prospective ones.
Produce daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Management.
Manage a team of distributors and follow up on their performance and accuracy, including team meetings.
Maintain and visit clients regularly and follow up on client consumption.
Analyze financial results with the Management.
Suggest and participate in implementing new strategies.
Conduct feasibility studies for new and existing clients.
Coordinate with advertising companies for advertisement, promotional items, and marketing tools.
Handle vacations, attendance, performance, and commissions of the team.
Review daily and monthly stock reports and ensure that loss analysis beyond approved limits is promptly carried out, with explanations for variations given to the CEO.
Prepare and provide quotation & product-related documents (MSDS, SDS, TDS, PS, etc.)
to the customer.
Liaise with QA/QC on any customer complaints regarding quality-related issues.
Identify, manage, and secure existing and new sales in order to maintain a high level of sales achievement.
Maintain interface between Customer, Customer Service, and Operation teams in terms of delivery management & demand fulfillment process.
Proactively gather strategic data, market, and competitive information to further expand the company's commitments and development of its interests.
Promote and expand the company's sales and customer network, attending to sales inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
Study the LPG Terminal area and its facilities, namely the jetty, to determine marketing plans for potential ISO tanks handling.
Work closely with Projects to ensure the Backflow project aligns with marketing plans.
Develop, implement, and enforce compliance and adherence to company policies, procedures, and statutory requirements at the terminal (e.g., licensing and labor requirements).
Create and maintain a list/database of prospective clients; maintain a database (Salesforce, SAP, Excel, etc.)
of prospective client information.
Maintain a pipeline of all sales administration using auto count software.
Understand client needs and offer solutions and support; answer potential client questions and follow-up call questions; respond to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
Undertake ad hoc assignments as assigned from time to time.

In Kota Bharu, the capital of Kelantan, HSC remains a market leader, supplying 85% of the LPG needs in the city.
