Mainresponsibilities: Our Sales & MarketingSenior Executive will be responsible for developing our business byconsolidating our existing overseas accounts and exploring newmarkets with third-party leaders in wholesale and retail. This rolewill involve overseeing the implementation of new product projectsfrom development through manufacturing, ensuring compliance withstakeholders' requirements. Reporting directly to the CompanyDirector, the Senior Executive will define the company's commercialstrategy. Scope ofresponsibilities: Account Management and BusinessDevelopment: Manage and develop existingaccounts while seeking new businessopportunities.MarginAccountability: Manage and track margins peritem/customer and use ERP systems forquotations.CustomerRelationship Management: Maintain and enhancerelationships with customers. Serve as the primary point of contactfor communication withstakeholders.SalesSupport:Assist in business prospecting efforts and support the Group salesteam.MarketAnalysis:Identify new trends and analyze competitor responses in themarket.Marketingand Communication: Develop marketing andcommunication tools to promote Joubert products internationally(e.g., price catalogues, tradeshows).ProductDevelopment: Create new product ranges andpackaging for exportmarkets.ProjectManagement:Oversee projects from development through tomanufacturing.PlanningCommunication: Communicate project planning andupdates to interestedparties.TechnicalKnowledge:Acquire and apply technical knowledge on product specifications andmeasurements to improve reliability and information forstakeholders.DepartmentLiaison:Coordinate with departments such as Quality, Production, Process,Purchasing, and HQ on Marketing and Design to meet internalrequirements.ContinuousImprovement: Adopt a Kaizen approach forproduct rangeimprovement.5SImplementation: Implement and maintain 5Sprinciples in theworkplace.AdditionalResponsibilities: Perform any other duties asrequired in the futureAuthority: StrategicPlanning:Develop strategies and techniques to achieve salestargets.Quotationand Pricing: Provide quotations and pricingfor products, subject to approval from the CompanyDirector.CustomerInquiry Management: Attend to customer inquiries andprovide accurate data andresponses.Qualification: Diploma or degree in Marketingfield or similar.Experienced in overseas marketexposure and online distribution business, automotive OEM knowledgea plus.Good computer skills i.e. Ms Office(Excel, Words, PPT etc.) and databaseknowledge.Good command ofEnglish.
