Roles and Responsibilities in Sales and Marketing Department: To handle sales inquiries related to board sales, trading sales and lightning protection system.To prepare costing, quotation, technical documentation for sales and marketing activities.To develop current and new customers database to its full potential with sales and marketing strategies in order to achieve individual sales target.To actively involved in overall sales and marketing quarterly evaluation, adjustment and improvement on sales and marketing strategies to sustain market share and develop new opportunities.To attend to customer's inquiry on product, specification and applicationTo involve in project tender processes including costing and quotation, compiling tender legal documents, preparing product sample and catalogue etc. within the tender time frame.To ensure effective communication between customer's requirement and Design Team on all project related matters.To ensure on-time delivery of goods to customer.To ensure the debtors payment on-time.To share latest market information and challenges during sales and marketing meetings.To plan and execute sales & marketing activities and promotions, technical workshops and trainings. To involve in HLPS (Lightning Protection System) projects including site survey, preparation of costing, quotation, proposal and project report.To assist in ISO documentation and execution.To carry out other related tasks assigned by the Management. Requirements Degree in Marketing or Business related or with proven work experience.Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin / Cantonese is an added advantage.Possess own transportation & willing to travel when required.Good communication and PR Skills, strong team work and able to work independently.Positive attitude, willing to learn from others and work diligently to build a successful career.Willing to put in extra effort to complete urgent work task and carry out overtime working whenever required by the company.
