Job Description - Make appointment with customer for meeting.
- Find out – Products competition, competitor price, volume, and their require pricing term.
- Discuss and prepare supply proposal with Sales team leader and supply chain team leader.
- Negotiate on pricing, term, delivery schedule. AQL and packing requirements with customer after consulting the internal team.
- Get Purchase Order (PO) from the customer if possible 6 months to 1 year.
- Arrange with supply chain to produce bottles and ship out with ETD & ETA.
- Inform customer on the arrival of goods.
- Arrange QA visit on production and review performance of bottles and caps at customer's plant.
- Ensure customer pay on time to the terms agreed.
- Work with customer for rolling forecast and new order.
- Propose new jars bottles and caps option to customer for cost improvement / production efficiency and for their new products development.
Requirement Education Background :
Min Diploma and above in any field
Experience :
- 2-3 years in sales and customer service background
Require Skill :
- Pro-active, sense of urgency, responsibility, timeliness and good nature.
- Good communication and relationship at all levels in the organisation.
- Knowledge of customer's products, order process, order delivery, complaints and payment process.
- Knowledge of customer business status.
- Know our products packaging, closure systems, fitting to our customer requirements.
- Good Selling skill – 90%
- Strong Negotiation skill – 90%
- Generate and maintain good relationship and trust with the customers.
- Knowledge of new products development process, customer complaint and resolution process and company ISO system.
- Willing to learn and adapt.
- Able to handle stressful situation.
