Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing the company's Sales & Marketing schedule and activities.
Compile budgetary costs for Sales & Marketing activities and product launches.
Carry out sales and marketing activities as planned within the stipulated timeframe.
Participate in group visits, presentations, networking sessions, sales talks, roadshows, and trade missions.
Liaise with vendors and external parties to ensure timely delivery of services and quotations.
Prepare sales brochures and goodie bags for visitors, and provide relevant sales and marketing services such as product presentations and site tours.
Assist in marketing activities and sales enquiries to ensure timely responses and avoid disruptions.
Compile necessary sales and marketing documentation for internal and external use.
Attend to customer requests, compile feedback, and report during project implementation, handover, and post-completion.
Compile summaries of market surveys, sales reports, marketing reports, and enquiry reports for the head of department.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience from related industry field and/or sales & marketing planning and activities and/or customer relations/services
Minimum Degree holder from Real Estate/Property Management/Marketing and related industry#J-18808-Ljbffr
