Job Responsibilities:
Assist in promotion and coordination during participation in exhibitions.
Act as an auditor on the implementation of ISO for the company.
Develop new customers.
Handle inquiries and complaints from customers.
Ensure outstanding debts are collected within stipulated terms.
Conduct field visits.
Gather market information and competitor activities.
Assist the department in achieving the sales target.
Provide excellent service to customers.
Monitor customer orders with the Planning Department to ensure orders are completed within stipulated deadlines and arrange final delivery with clients and Administration Executive.
Confirm with the Moulding department for the completion of new die samples.
Liaise with the Despatch Department for final orders received from production and provide feedback to clients as necessary.
Cooperate with any safety and health activities/campaigns organized by the company and comply with company's safety and health rules and regulations.
