Role ResponsibilitiesIdentify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients.Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.Coordinate with internal teams to manage order processing, ensuring timely delivery and efficient handling of customer requests.Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.Ensure the artwork labeling complies with regulations by liaising with Regulatory Affairs, suppliers, and customers.Perform administrative duties related to Proforma Invoice, Sales Orders, Contract Review, Change Request Form, and apply Free Sale Certificate.Responsible for taking inquiry details from clients accurately and maintaining an accurate database.Perform any additional tasks or duties as assigned by the superior.Role RequirementsBachelor's degree in a relevant field.Minimum of 2 years of working experience, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with or without supervision.Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to changes.Proficient in MS Office applications.Good in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.Willing to travel outstation when required.Applicants must be willing to work in Pontian, Johor.Submit your resume ****** .
