Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and increase market share within the baby and maternity industry.
Identify and target customer segments, analyze market trends, and capitalize on business opportunities for business expansion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and clients in the industry.
Collaborate with the sales team to set and monitor sales targets, performance metrics, and KPIs.
Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve organizational objectives.
Ensure effective in-store visual merchandising and optimize stock availability to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, promote brand awareness, and develop innovative promotions tailored to the target market.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales and marketing activities, market trends, and performance analysis.
Forecast sales trends, manage stock inventory, and contribute to supply chain management decisions to meet customer demand.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles within the baby and maternity industry.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets in a competitive market environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Knowledge of marketing strategies, trends, and tools specific to the baby and maternity industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to innovate marketing initiatives.
