The college is looking for aMarketing and Sales Managerto lead our efforts in recruiting students for ourDiplomaandTVET programmeswhile spearheading branding initiatives to enhance our college's visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to recruit students for our Diploma and TVET programs.
Drive student enrollment through targeted campaigns, school visits, roadshows and partnership building.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local schools, education consultants, and other key stakeholders.
Analyze market trends, student recruitment data, and feedback to optimize marketing strategies.
Collaborate with academic teams to promote the unique features and benefits of our programmes.
Work together with the digital marketing team to manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO, and paid advertising to attract potential students.
Track and report on sales and marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
Work closely with the admissions department to ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment process.
Qualifications:
Sufficient experience and adequate qualification
Strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital marketing, and branding.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the local education market and student recruitment channels is an advantage.
