We are a fast-paced company. In line with our expansion plan, we seek a dynamic, performance-driven, experienced, and ambitiousSales & Marketing Managerto join our management team.
JOB SUMMARY:
This position requires you to play a vital role in building and leading our Marketing team for our retail, wholesale and online businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics and collaborate with internal teams. You should have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
This position reports directly to the Managing Director, and the key functions are as follows:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, execute, and oversee all sales and promotional activities for the Mahnaz Group of Companies by building and leading a sales & marketing team to help drive revenue.
Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to the marketing plan.
Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings.
Develop, implement, and execute marketing strategies to promote products.
Develop marketing plans that set goals for increasing revenue, market share, and brand awareness.
Identify new business opportunities by researching new technologies, markets, and competitors.
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for growth in existing markets or new markets.
Design advertising campaigns that create brand awareness, generate leads and promote sales.
Create an effective retail outlet environment that will attract customers with visual appeal, comfort, and convenience.
Meet with outlet Managers/Supervisors to discuss performance metrics and identify problem areas.
Analyze data to identify opportunities for increasing customer traffic and sales.
Evaluate and optimize marketing strategies.
Analyze market trends and prepare sales forecasts.
Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns and track the performance of marketing campaigns.
Prepare business reporting for senior management.
Promote our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
Lead, motivate and improve team performance and team growth.
Lead the development of digital marketing to increase sales through e-commerce.
Monitor monthly marketing planning to ensure everything is progressing as per stipulated deadlines.
ADVERTISING & PROMOTION:
Improve retail marketing such as monthly promotions and retail displays.
Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions.
Arrange an effective distribution of marketing materials.
Source advertising opportunities and place advertisements in the appropriate marketing platform.
Liaise with designers and printers to manage the production of marketing materials.
Liaise and create monthly promotions with the sales department.
Update company product catalogues and profiles.
RETAIL AND WHOLESALE:
Develop and maintain a customer database.
Arrange and distribute marketing materials.
Conduct customer behavior and market surveys.
Access and analyze the marketing campaign's effectiveness to ensure targets are met.
Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
Ensure marketing objectives are conveyed effectively to all relevant persons, departments, and companies.
Communicate with target audiences and manage customer relationships.
Work with the relevant stakeholders to establish brand positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration. Work with media agencies to plan, execute & deliver good performance campaigns.
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
Able to influence, provide inputs, and advise the management team on brand direction, key strategic marketing strategies, and challenges based on clear issue framing, structured thinking, and rigorous analysis.
Bridge marketing and business opportunities via a keen grasp of the business goals and a clear understanding of the possibilities and limitations.
Lead the sales & marketing team, providing coaching and development to team members to accomplish goals and ensure their growth.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years experience in sales & marketing in a similar capacity.
Ability to multi-task.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication, and organizational skills.
Able to thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
You have a self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.
You have a high level of attention to detail including a proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
You are a creative thinker with a strong customer orientation.
Knowledge of marketing strategies, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends, and usability best practices.#J-18808-Ljbffr
