Job Summary: The Sales & Marketing Manager in the logistics industry is responsible for driving revenue through effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
This role combines a deep understanding of logistics services with creativity and leadership to increase market share and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals in transportation, warehousing, and supply chain services.
Lead marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional channels, to generate leads and enhance brand awareness.
Manage and mentor sales and marketing teams to optimize performance.
Identify client pain points and propose customized logistics solutions.
Conduct competitor analysis to refine pricing strategies and service offerings.
Oversee the creation of promotional materials, case studies, and client testimonials.
Analyze sales and marketing data to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements Qualifications and Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Logistics-related fields.
Experience: 5–8 years in sales or marketing roles within the logistics or supply chain industry is preferred.
Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful campaigns.
Key Competencies: Ability to develop creative campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical capabilities.
