Sales & Marketing Manager (Mandarin Speaking)

**SALES & MARKETING MANAGER (MANDARIN SPEAKING)****LOCATION : SHAH ALAM SEKSYEN 33****JOB DESCRIPTION**:- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales,revenue, and expense controls- Meeting planned sales goals- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation- The ongoing training of your salespeople- Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education- Promoting the organization and products- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products- Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends- Implement and coach team members on sales techniques, procedures, and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets- Identify, recruit and develop customer in order to build a stable sales platform that is profitable and has sustainable long-term growth potential- Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team- Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.**REQUIREMENTS**:- 2 years' experience in sales management.- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.- Experience in customer relationship management.- Experience managing and directing a sales team.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Dedication to providing great customer service.- Ability to lead a sales team.- 35 years old and above.- Possess own transport and willing to travel- Able to speak Mandarin and reasonably good English- Able to manage overall sales activities- Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills- Highly motivated, result-oriented, independent, and service-oriented individuals are encouraged to apply- Covered Shah Alam and Northern Area. But will be based at Shah Alam.Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
