Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a robust sales and marketing strategy to achieve company growth and market share targets in the IVD sector.Market Expansion: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to drive revenue growth.Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with KOL from government/private hospitals as well as KOL from the primary care sector.Marketing Excellence: Oversee the creation of impactful marketing campaigns, digital strategies, and product launches that align with customer needs and industry trends.Sales Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform and refine sales and marketing strategies.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work on product development together with regulatory, and operations teams to ensure the successful launch of new products and services. Other Requirements: At least 5 years of working experience in sales/marketing/business development position in medical, medical device distribution or in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) industry and at least 5 years' experience at the supervisory or managerial level in the related area.Sound knowledge in the 3 main disciplines of Pathology such as Biochemistry, Haematology, and Microbiology.Proven track record of delivering growth and achieving key commercial objectives.Solid management, communication & interpersonal skills.Possess strong and positive values as well as determination & persistence to build, lead and empower the team to another level of great success.Had a vast experience in salespeople management, with top sales and marketing skills for the future. Drive success and fostering high-performance teams.Well-mannered, high energy, passionate people, the commitment to achieving the goals.
