Marketing Assistants/Coordinators (Marketing & Communications)
Full time
Responsibilities:
To perform customer services
To install and maintain customer database
To liaise with legal firms to ensure quality services and reasonable price for all legal documents
To liaise with banks and finance institutions for loan and finance related matters
To liaise with local authorities to make sure every procedure and requirements are strictly followed and well documented
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
Certificate or Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, or Marketing
Minimum 3 years working experience in legal or real estate related industry
Well-versed in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Access
Creative, hardworking, and flexible
Good in public relations, communication, and negotiation skills
