Mainresponsibilities: OurSales & Marketing Senior Executive will be responsible fordeveloping our business by consolidating our existing overseasaccounts and exploring new markets with third-party leaders inwholesale and retail. This role will involve overseeing theimplementation of new product projects from development throughmanufacturing, ensuring compliance with stakeholders' requirements.Reporting directly to the Company Director, the Senior Executivewill define the company's commercialstrategy. Scope ofresponsibilities: Account Management and BusinessDevelopment:Manage and develop existing accounts while seeking new businessopportunities.MarginAccountability:Manage and track margins per item/customer and use ERP systems forquotations.CustomerRelationship Management:Maintain and enhance relationships with customers. Serve as theprimary point of contact for communication withstakeholders.SalesSupport:Assist in business prospecting efforts and support the Group salesteam.MarketAnalysis:Identify new trends and analyze competitor responses in themarket.Marketingand Communication:Develop marketing and communication tools to promote Joubertproducts internationally (e.g., price catalogues, tradeshows).ProductDevelopment:Create new product ranges and packaging for exportmarkets.ProjectManagement:Oversee projects from development through tomanufacturing.PlanningCommunication:Communicate project planning and updates to interestedparties.TechnicalKnowledge:Acquire and apply technical knowledge on product specifications andmeasurements to improve reliability and information forstakeholders.DepartmentLiaison:Coordinate with departments such as Quality, Production, Process,Purchasing, and HQ on Marketing and Design to meet internalrequirements.ContinuousImprovement:Adopt a Kaizen approach for product rangeimprovement.5SImplementation:Implement and maintain 5S principles in theworkplace.AdditionalResponsibilities:Perform any other duties as required in thefuture Authority: StrategicPlanning:Develop strategies and techniques to achieve salestargets.Quotationand Pricing:Provide quotations and pricing for products, subject to approvalfrom the CompanyDirector.CustomerInquiry Management:Attend to customer inquiries and provide accurate data andresponses. Qualification: Diplomaor degree in Marketing field orsimilar.Experiencedin overseas market exposure and online distribution business,automotive OEM knowledge aplus.Goodcomputer skills i.e. Ms Office (Excel, Words, PPT etc.) anddatabase knowledge.Goodcommand ofEnglish.
