Sales Negotiator (Earn Up To Rm8K)

To focus on sales and marketing for all projects / developments.
To make appointments to meet, present, and negotiate with potential clients.
Conduct sales presentations and closing at developer sales gallery.
Perform market study and competitors analysis.
Demonstrate good communication and negotiation skills.
Handle administration and documentation for property-related matters.
Provide guidance and assist buyers in obtaining loans.
Follow up with clients until booking is made and provide excellent after-sales service.
Attend to and take appropriate action to resolve debtors, inquiries, and complaints.
RequirementsMinimum SPM holder.
Willing to work indoors and outdoors.
Strong interpersonal skills, highly self-motivated, pleasant, and outgoing character.
Ability to work effectively, independently, and in a team environment.
Experience in property is an added advantage.
Additional incentives will be given when sales targets are achieved.
Estimated average monthly income (basic + commission) RM8,000.00.
