Sales Operation Manager (Jewellery)

Experienced 3-5 years in this field- Manage a retail sales team while overseeing daily store operations including sales targets, KPIs, housekeeping, staff training, inventory management, complaints handling, etc.- Lead and motivate retail sales team to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets- Attract, develop and retain talent by creating a positive work environment and a feedback culture- Build customer database and maintain a good relationship with valuable customers and VIP- Hit/exceed annual sales targets set by the company- Handle compilation of Sales & Marketing task implementation progress data.- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations- Monitors and evaluates results of existing plans to ensure growth and profitability.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships- Data collection and management from sales, marketing for clear overview of business progress- To assist and support the preparation and implementation of strategic planning with timely completion with Sales & Marketing departments- Responsible in providing accurate reports, slides, and proposals for Board and any other related reports- Responsible for collating required project information from Sales & Marketing departments, project costing analysis / compilation for development & any preparation of proposals- Ensure all team members comply to the Company Operating policies and procedures.- Ensure execution of Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards on all departments- Engaging with suppliers**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Meal provided- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Commission payAbility to commute/relocate:- Pasir Gudang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Sales Marketing: 2 years (preferred)Expected Start Date: 09/01/2023
