Our Siemens DISW SEA Renewal Sales team is expanding andlooking for Sales Operations Analyst to be based in Bayan Lepas (Penang). Thisrole will be managing orders, providing quotes and reports, enhances anyprocesses and supporting our Renewal Sales Representatives in the region. Thisrole will also work together with our customers, partners, and Renewalteams. 
Responsibilities: Providequote and proposal creation support to Renewal teams, including direct salesand partner proposal generation. Manageend-to-end O2O (Opportunity to Order) workflow, ensuring clean orders andcompliance with approval justifications throughout submission, workflow,approval, and acceptance processes. Assistrenewal teams in meeting order submission requirements, including payer andcredit limit setup, and compliance with various requirements such as EES,ECC/DAMEX, etc. Handleor coordinate complex queries on products, pricing, licensing, and installationdata, including non-standard, trade-in, or third-party products. Monitorbilling status and coordinate with sales or finance to send invoices with locallanguage addresses as needed. Reviewmanual orders to ensure compliance with various policies and requirements,including COD, EULA, PST, GSLA, PO, etc. Understandand adhere to company processes, policies, and corporate tools such asSalesforce CRM and O2O, participating in UAT and assisting in local deploymentactivities. Coordinatewith sales operations, technical teams, partners, and finance to ensure smoothexecution of sales processes. Providetools support to local and regional users, conducting training and knowledgetransfer session as necessary. Ensurecompliance with global policies, including policy validation, contract, andlegal document approval facilitation. Maintainand update order tracking lists, assist in reporting and forecasting processes. Providesupport to partners, including but not limited to transfer of install, changename, change address, providing license files, and any other related tasks, asneeded. Takeinitiative to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhanceefficiency and effectiveness in job responsibilities. Requirements: Education and Experience: University degree or equivalentindustrial experience. Minimum 3-5 years of experience inSales Operations, Opportunity to Order / Order Processing role, preferably in amultinational company environment. Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication skills inEnglish (written and spoken). Good in analysing policies, workflows,processes, and system tools to facilitate a timely and accurate transaction incompliance with the guidelines. Apply acquired job skills, companypolicies, and procedures to complete assigned tasks. Demonstrate good knowledge andexperience in process quoting and proposal activities in adherence withprescribed policies and processes. Strong reporting, forecasting,training, and knowledge transfer activities, as well as support EES/ECC andparticipate in process improvement initiatives. Excellent proficiency in MicrosoftOffice especially Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and otherrelevant tasks. Working Conditions: ·Hybridworking environment with normal working hours, occasional requirement forworking long hours during quarter-end or key project roll-out periods.
