Job Description Business Controls and Compliance provides assurance to the management that business operational process and reporting controls are working in accordance with corporate audit requirements, internal control framework, and company directives, to support the company's rapid growth strategy.
Ensure our company adheres to legal standards and in-house policies. Responsible for enforcing regulations in all aspects and levels of business and providing direction on compliance policies and procedures.
Oversee and develop business operations relating to controls and compliance to ensure compliance with legal guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Evaluate the effectiveness of controls and continuously improve them. Liaise with internal stakeholders to develop and implement corporate compliance policies, procedures, and requirements.
Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements.
Define, review, validate and process information, and then execute business processes in accordance with contracts, policies and procedures established with distributors.
Review and understand end-to-end business processes, assess key controls, and identify deficiencies, improvement opportunities and analyze root causes.
Monitor performance, drive corrective actions, and then facilitate the business process and system improvements.
Develop and oversee the implementation of new processes and workflows and monitor progress and effectiveness.
Support business continuity processes in Sales and Distribution management including Order management, escalation/cancellation, Stock Rotation/Transfer, Consignment, etc.
Provide support in terms of data analytics, preparing output from such analytic processes to strive for process improvement and data-driven decisions.
Support audit process in collaboration with Finance or Internal Audit teams.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Acounting/Finance.
A minimum of 15+ years of experience in Sales and Distribution Operations, Business Operations functions or Sales Support Excellence in multinational companies.
Ability to effectively lead crossfunctional teams across multiple organizational boundaries.
Experience with managing and collaborating with international teams.
Experience with implementation of high tech CRM tools such as Model N, Salesforce.com and ERP applications such as SAP, and other revenue producing sales campaigns and/or programs. Proven track record in leading and developing a team in a fast paced, global environment. Program management experience is an added advantage.

Experience with SAP (S4/Hana), Model N, Salesforce, Global BI/Power BI, Kinaxis will be an added advantage.
