As a Sales Operations Lead at Rebarre Studio, you'll play a crucial role in driving our company's revenue growth and smooth operations. If you're driven by financial rewards, recognition, or the excitement of engaging with diverse clients, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:



-Drive Sales Growth: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through client engagement, calls and leveraging your understanding of our product range 


-Understand Client Needs: Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their concerns and needs, and strategically propose appropriate solutions.


-Identify Opportunities: Scout for potential prospects and sales leads to expand our client database and create new business opportunities.


-Achieve Sales Targets: Focus on meeting and exceeding individual sales targets to directly contribute to the company's revenue.


-Deliver Exceptional Service: Ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for customers by coordinating with various departments and developing client-focused solutions.


-Client Servicing: Manage client enquiries to ensure optimum customer experience. 


-Manage Seamless Studio Operations: Manage studio booking schedules and inventory management

; Requirements:- Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in business management, mass comm, marketing or related fields
2. Outgoing personality, a people person.
3. Competent in Microsoft Office (excel, powerpoint, word)
4. Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)
