About the Role Join ITEC commercial team focused on Sales, Marketing, and Product Management, driving growth in Semiconductor and RFID markets. Our work arrangement supports a hybrid model, combining both remote work and in-office collaboration. What you will do Assist the Sales team in customer negotiations, handling commercial documentation, and administrative tasks. Collaborate across ITEC departments to facilitate the commercial process, including managing business contracts, proposals, quotations, distribution agreements, vendor registration, sales and after-sales contracts, as well as invoice and shipping documents. Oversee sales forecast, CRM utilization, sales reporting, and maintain internal customer records. Enhance customer satisfaction through close coordination with Sales, Supply Chain, Service Teams, and Distribution Partners. Drive and coordinate Marketing initiatives such as trade fairs, technical seminars, and marketing events in partnership with Marketing Communications, Product Management, Marketing Agencies, and Distribution Partners. What you will need Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 8 years' experience in sales/sales administration, ideally within the Equipment Industry. Proficiency in sales performance metrics and ability to advocate for customer needs across teams. Team-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving results. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Experience in Marketing Communications or Distributor Management is advantageous. Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written. Hands-on proficiency with CRM software, planning tools, and MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel.
