Role Summary We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Operations Senior Manager to lead and develop a global team of five to six. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving sales efficiency and performance by overseeing critical operations, data analysis, and strategic reporting.
You Will Manage and lead a global team of five(5) to six(6) members. Recruit, develop and manage a high-performing sales operations team with members located across all geographies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across different geographical regions and lead various monthly performance reviews, assessing forecast reliability and accuracy. Identify and analyze significant business performance trends and key findings. Conduct deep-dive studies to explore performance issues and uncover growth opportunities. Synthesize data and information to pinpoint business opportunities and risks. Proactively analyze pipeline and win-loss data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to sales leadership. Provide business management support (BMS) to key stakeholders, ensuring their operational needs are met. You Bring A bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related discipline. Proven experience managing and leading global teams of at least 3-5 members. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across different geographical regions and influence cross-functional stakeholders. Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Adaptability to manage ambiguity, changing business requirements and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure. Ability to translate complex business questions into clear, data-supported answers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Mandarin language fluency can be an advantage. Proficiency in data analysis tools and presentation software.
