Responsibilities:
Provide after-sales support and coordinate delivery & installationManage cost calculations and prepare costing sheetsHandle deal registration and inbound sales inquiriesConduct price analysis and planningProcess orders and manage purchase ordersOffer product knowledge & advisory services for Zoom, AudioCodes & AV hardwarePrepare quotations and assist in tender submissionsManage vendor relationships and negotiate pricingCoordinate compliance training and certificationsSupport escalation management for deals, support tickets, and workflows
