Job Description
Manage/ update demand forecast Partner with sales, customer service team and factory planning and optimize product availabilities Support expedite requests from customer service team and provide product delivery schedule Manage and monitor inventory level and allocate inventory Product shipment support including coordinating urgent shipment arrangement with logistics team, confirming shipment / billing status Assist customer service team with order cancellation and push out request, check WIP status Support RMA related functions including coordination with factory planning and returning products to factory Support ad-hoc requests such as checking date code, support material creation, production locations, country of origin
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations (Demand Planning, Supply/Inventory Planning, Material planning) Knowledge of SAP, Model N, Knowledge of Kinaxis Rapid Response is a plus Proficient in Excel, Word Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams Fluent in English
