Job Responsibilities : To fully handle for sales on our company product To handle after sales support for our customer To set up and maintain the centre for our product in the area where management decide on.
To support HQ for the sales, operations and others matters.
To walk through the company direction in order to achieve the yearly target.
To outstation and assist on any support needed for our customers.
To report to HQ anytime on the markets trend.
To liaise in between customer and China principle.
Any other assignment from time to time.
To expand business activities, products marketability and customer base for the regions / product portfolios assigned.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitor activities.
Provide feedback on customer preferences and market demands to the management team.
Develop sales & tendering strategies for the regions & products range assigned or any other specific business assignments from Management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Conduct client visits and follow up on inquiries to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Coordinate all sales activities including regular reporting, report all updates of Projects, timely response to all queries, effective and accurate response to market intelligence and development.
To prepare and coordinate presentations / promotional roadshows, pre-qualification, market survey, approved vendor registration etc in order to secure sales opportunities.
Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
To handle the preparation / update / enhancement of departmental qualification data & document, marketing material and statutory documents Collaborate with other departments, such as after sales and spare parts teams, to ensure smooth after-sales service.
Job Requirement : Must possess at least Degree in Sales & Marketing or similar.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in heavy machinery, construction, or related industries.
Heavy machinery & spare parts knowledge is an advantage.
Willingness to travel extensively within Malaysia.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Strong public speaking and presentation skills are required.
