About the roleKonica Minolta Business Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional (IT Solutions) to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a full-time Sales Professional, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our IT solutions portfolio, catering to a wide range of clients across various industries.
What you'll be doing
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in IT solutions.
Engage with potential clients to understand their specific needs and requirements, and provide tailored IT solutions that address their challenges.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase the value of Konica Minolta's IT offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and customer service personnel, to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.
Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, driving repeat business and securing new opportunities through referrals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and Konica Minolta's product and service innovations.
Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
What we're looking for
2-5 years in proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the IT solutions or technology industry.
Strong passion for helping customers in their business digitalization journey and have established a comprehensive client base through your past and current sales roles.
Experienced in owning the full sales cycle - prospecting, customer solution presentation, negotiating and closing the sale with proven track record of execution.
Strong understanding of business & market/vertical trends that will enable you to drive a consultative engagement approach with your clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients.
Ability to think strategically, problem-solve, and provide consultative solutions to clients.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving client satisfaction.
