We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-orientedSales/Project/Service Administratorto join our team.
This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by overseeing daily operations and helping streamline our business processes.
Job Description:
As a Sales/Project/Service Administrator, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of business activities.
You will play a key role in developing strategies to improve operational efficiency, support financial management, and oversee projects that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
To assist HOD on secretarial and sales/project/service administration functions.
Support sales/project/service engineer on project order creation, purchasing, delivery, billing and project closure.
Assist in quotation and tendering.
Follow up on department debtors, generate report to HOD on monthly basis e.g.
black box sales/project/service sales report.
Maintain department correspondence and confidential records.
Ensure compliance to ISO process and compile monthly report as per requirement.
To renew type approval certificates for products before expiry date.
Lead document controller for Radio Communication Projects, i.e.
delivery orders, purchase orders, invoices, system handbook and etc.
Constantly monitor on the project delivery to meet customer schedule.
To monitor project stock inventory inside company private and bonded warehouse.
Primary liaison between Senior Project Manager, Project Engineers and Human Resource Department for Department Project Staff.
To keep track of safety training and medical examination expiry dates for all project engineers.
To keep track of certification expiry dates for special project tools and equipment.
Qualifications:
Diploma or bachelor's degree in business Admin or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Fresh Graduated are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with ISO standard and OHSAS 18001 or ISO 45001 will be added advantage.
