Sales Promoter

-Promote Brand and Products: Engage with customers to promote and introduce the latest hijab collections and other related products.


-Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in selecting hijabs and accessories based on their preferences and needs. Provide styling tips and recommendations.


-Sales: Achieve daily and monthly sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products.


-Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the brand, new arrivals, and promotions. Share product details and fabric features with customers.


-Visual Merchandising: Ensure that the hijab display and store environment are clean, organized, and visually appealing to attract customers.


-Stock Management: Monitor stock levels and report any shortages. Assist in inventory checks and restocking of products.


-Feedback Collection: Listen to customer feedback and report it to management for product and service improvements.

-Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred


-Strong interpersonal and communication skills


-Passion for fashion, especially in modest wear/hijab fashion


-Excellent time management and organizational skills


-Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and during promotional events
