Job Summary: The Sales Property Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing property sales activities, achieving sales targets, and developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and client satisfaction. Supervise and support the property sales team, providing training and guidance to enhance skills and productivity.Conduct performance evaluations and set individual and team KPIs.Foster a positive and motivated team culture focused on delivering results and excellent customer service. 5. Transaction Coordination:

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.5+ years of experience in property sales or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships.Strong knowledge of property market trends, regulations, and transaction processes.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite. Preferred Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.Certification in Real Estate or Property Management (desirable)
