Job Summary: The Sales Property Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing property sales activities, achieving sales targets, and developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and client satisfaction. This role involves managing client relationships, understanding market trends, and ensuring seamless property sales transactions while coordinating with relevant internal and external parties.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Execution:Develop, implement, and oversee property sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.Identify market opportunities and create promotional activities to boost sales.Collaborate with the marketing team to design effective advertising and promotional strategies. 2. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer loyalty and repeat business.Provide prospective clients with detailed information on available properties, including features, pricing, and comparative analysis.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property tours as necessary. 3. Market Analysis and Reporting:
Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and competition.Prepare monthly sales reports, including sales activity, revenue, and market conditions.Use data analytics to refine sales strategies and meet evolving client needs. 4. Team Leadership and Development:
Supervise and support the property sales team, providing training and guidance to enhance skills and productivity.Conduct performance evaluations and set individual and team KPIs.Foster a positive and motivated team culture focused on delivering results and excellent customer service. 5. Transaction Coordination:
Oversee the property sales process, ensuring all documentation and legal requirements are met.Collaborate with legal, finance, and administration teams to facilitate smooth transactions.Handle client inquiries and issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the sales process. 6. Budgeting and Financial Oversight:
Prepare and manage sales budgets, focusing on maximizing profitability and cost control.Monitor expenses, commissions, and revenue to achieve financial goals.Analyze financial data to evaluate performance and adjust strategies as necessary. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.5+ years of experience in property sales or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships.Strong knowledge of property market trends, regulations, and transaction processes.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite. Preferred Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.Certification in Real Estate or Property Management (desirable)
